Test material consistency, load performance, durability and production economics.
Secure technical release, country rights, site funding and customer acceptance before MEON Alpha.
Do you have manufacturing expertise, access to recycled plastics or agricultural fibres, and knowledge of your local market? TREON is seeking industrial partners for the planned introduction of composite pallets based on MeSentia’s MEON technology.
You finance the machines and site, organise feedstock and operations, and develop local sales.
TREON structures the country partnership and coordinates commercial implementation with technology and industrial partners. MeSentia is responsible for technology, technical standards and approval.
Our first discussion covers your site, feedstock supply, target customers and investment scope. Implementation follows technical validation and contractual agreement.
SEEKING INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS
TREON develops country partnerships and coordinates industrial implementation. A new company is being established in Singapore.
Circular pallet is being developed for selected recycled plastics and regional agricultural fibres. Defined formulations and documented testing provide the basis for industrial implementation.
The development goal is a durable composite pallet for reuse and organised recovery. Load performance, durability and economics are being assessed through the validation programme.
The TREON partner film introduces the network and explores materials and technology with Ocean Material and MeSentia. Technology footage: Ocean Material · Technology partner: MeSentia AG.

Download the film as MP4 ↓Explore materials & applications →Suitable recovered plastics and fibres become composite components. Matched formulations, structural design and application testing connect the material to its intended use.
A thermoplastic matrix binds reinforcing fibres. Ribs and hollow sections create stiffness through geometry, reducing the need for solid material throughout.
Qualified feedstocks are prepared, mixed and moulded. The W2P route does not require an intermediate re-pelletizing step.
The physical pallet prototype demonstrates the step from composite components to a logistics product. Circular pallet is the first focused application in TREON’s country model.
Development status: physical prototypes available. Load capacity, service life and industrial repeatability require application-specific validation.

CIRPAL is the digital lifecycle platform being developed around MEON. Circular pallet is the first physical application.
Explore the CIRPAL platform →CIRPAL in development · identification and interfaces will be defined in the pilot.
Planned functions cover product identity, material and batch records, returns, inspection and reuse. Identification methods and interfaces will be defined in the pilot.
Development status: pilot functions and integrations remain to be validated.
Fibres for pallets, residual biomass for heat and biochar: a supplementary concept in planning.
Bagasse fibres are intended for Circular pallet; suitable residual biomass could provide process heat and biochar. Generation Carbon leads the planned carbon integration, with MeSentia connecting it technically to MEON. Technical approval and the CO₂ assessment remain outstanding.

Implementation follows technical approval and signed agreements
TREON coordinates territory rights, brand standards and partner development. The franchisee finances the machines, provides the production site and operates the local business.
The planned revenue model comprises franchise fees, production-linked fees and agreed support services. Scope, commercial terms and local costs are defined by contract for each country.
The franchisee finances the machines and provides the site. Capacity remains subject to technical validation; actual production depends on product, feedstock, operating hours and availability.
Following successful validation, OMD is planned to manufacture MEON Alpha for installation at Royce Universal in Thailand, under MeSentia’s technical supervision.

Five priority markets, with commitments and next steps shown separately.
LOI signed with Royce Universal. Technical planning and production preparation are next.
Definitive commitment received. Further steps await MeSentia’s plans.
Partner contacted; commitment is close. Formal confirmation remains outstanding.
Partner contacted; commitment is close. Formal confirmation remains outstanding.
Definitive LOI expected in early November 2026; not yet signed.
An LOI or commitment records partnership progress. Production and exclusive territory rights require technical approval, financing and the relevant agreements.
Malaysia, Maldives and Cambodia: partner qualification and territory assessment. South Korea: exploratory assessment. No new commitment is reported for these markets.

octobus.asia →The partner finances machines and the site and organises feedstock, operations and local sales. TREON coordinates the country partnership; MeSentia is responsible for technology and technical release.
The indicative range is USD 750,000-1,000,000 per MEON pallet machine. Budget the site, infrastructure, permits and working capital separately. The project-specific quotation defines binding scope and pricing.
Qualified recycled thermoplastics and suitable agricultural fibres, particularly bagasse, are planned. Composition, contaminants, preparation and product quality require confirmation through testing.
After documented technical release, secured rights, financing and site preparation. The timeline and scope are agreed for each project.
Introduce your company, target country, potential site, feedstock and timeline. TREON then assesses suitability and next steps. An enquiry does not grant territory rights or exclusivity.
