Difficult secondary streams
Mixed and lower-value material streams are screened and qualified for a defined product and process window.
MEON is MeSentia’s technology platform for qualified secondary materials. CIRPAL composite pallets are its first product application.

MEON aims to turn qualified secondary materials into industrial products where conventional recycling is commercially unattractive. Process performance and product economics will be assessed through validation.
Mixed and lower-value material streams are screened and qualified for a defined product and process window.
MEON combines machinery, material formulation and processing to develop structural components.
The resulting components are designed for scalable applications, regional production and organised circular reprocessing.

MeSentia’s September 2026 non-confidential overview reports a TRL 6 baseline. The current programme centres on repeatability, automation, quality control and full-scale product validation.
TRL 9, serial deployment and validated unit economics are roadmap objectives—not current achievements.
The published patent application documents MeSentia’s process development. The roadmap sets out the planned steps towards production; CIRPAL product validation is still pending.
MeSentia AG is the applicant of international publication WO2025021451 A1, published on 30 January 2025, concerning a method for the production of plastic construction panels.
The application concerns plastic construction panels. It does not establish a granted CIRPAL product patent.

Lead times are current planning assumptions and may change with engineering scope, final specifications, approvals and supplier capacity.
TREON supports the MEON X validation programme in Switzerland. In return, a participation in the MeSentia platform is planned, subject to definitive agreements on scope and terms.MEON X remains at MeSentia as the reference test machine. MEON Alpha is planned for Thailand after successful validation.
Following successful validation, Thailand’s first MEON Alpha production system will be manufactured by OMD in Thailand and installed at Royce Universal. MeSentia guides and supervises manufacturing, installation and commissioning. TREON coordinates commercial execution and the country partnership.

Planned site: Royce Universal. The photograph shows the site.
Pallets provide a practical application for MEON. Dimensions, load capacity, handling-system compatibility and economics will be assessed through documented tests and pilot customers.
CIRPAL is being developed as a durable alternative for selected logistics applications where moisture resistance and repeated use matter.
Standardised pallet formats support repeated handling, traceable cycles and planned recovery within defined customer systems.
Dimensions, loads, equipment compatibility, return routes and total economics must be validated with pilot customers before scale-up.
TREON is developing the country model for CIRPAL using approved MEON technology. Singapore incorporation is in progress.
