Execution model
From validation to franchise rollout
Following successful validation of the MEON X reference test machine in Switzerland, Thailand’s first MEON Alpha production system will be manufactured by OMD in Thailand and installed at Royce Universal. MeSentia guides and supervises manufacturing, installation and commissioning. Production starts after local testing and technical approval.

Planned production rollout
The target is five production systems within two years of production approval. At an assumed 200,000 pallets per system per year, this represents about one million pallets annually after full rollout. Capacity and execution remain subject to validation, funding and demand.
